vCISO engagements, security program ownership, board and leadership reporting, and the AI governance practice. Where a question turns on the legal reading of an instrument, counsel owns it, and we say so.
Testing and advice are kept apart, so no one grades their own work. Before you see a deliverable, it is read against its scope and checked for any finding the evidence does not carry, then reviewed and signed off before it leaves the firm.
Our advice is not tied to product sales. If Red Stick Solutions ever holds a commercial relationship with a product or platform it discusses with you, that relationship is disclosed to you in writing before it can affect the advice.
Red Stick Solutions will not assess or test a security program it owns as virtual CISO for the same client in the same period. Where a client wants both, the assessment or the test goes to a third party and this firm helps select one.
So an answer may be a settings change, a smaller project, a referral or nothing. If we are not the right firm for this, we will say so and tell you what we would do instead.
Red Stick Solutions does not publish client names, logos or engagement details, or anonymized accounts of client environments. We publish the work, sourced.
